Lunch time yesterday for my family and I, consisted of leftover brisket, that i transformed into grilled cheese sandwiches. The whole purpose of our Christmas dinner being the brisket, was so that i could in turn, make these grilled cheese. Texas toast, smoked gouda, sharp cheddar, sweet chili mayo... too damn good!!
I got leftover, leftovers, so I'll be doin this again, Hooray Me. I'll bring more pics with the prep
